Account & Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy. Follow the instructions below to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
What Happens When You Submit a Request?
- Data that will be permanently deleted: Your personal profile, registered email address, authentication credentials, participation history, activity logs, streaks, and accumulated rewards points.
- Data retention policy: Certain transactional and financial records may be retained for statutory periods strictly required by applicable financial and tax laws.
- Processing timeframe: Account deletion requests are verified and processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is finalized.
Important Note on Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel third-party recurring payment subscriptions (e.g. Flutterwave, Google Play, or Apple subscriptions). Please cancel any active subscriptions through your provider before requesting account deletion.
